At Calibro Labs, we respect the privacy of our partner institutions and their students. We operate as a Data Processor, meaning we process data solely on behalf of the educational institutions (Data Controllers) we serve.
1. Data We Collect
We collect specific data points strictly required to provide our assessment and analytics services:
- Roster Data: Student names, roll numbers, and contact details provided by the Institution.
- Performance Data: Test scores, time-taken per question, and granular error patterns.
- Usage Data: Login timestamps and feature usage statistics for security auditing.
2. How We Use Data
We use student data solely for the following academic purposes:
- Generating performance reports for the Institution's faculty and administration.
- Creating personalized "Mistake Repair" quizzes for individual students.
- Improving the accuracy of our AI analytics engine (on an anonymized, aggregated basis).
Commitment: We do NOT sell, rent, or trade student data to third-party advertisers, marketing agencies, or other educational providers.
3. Data Ownership
All student data uploaded to Calibro Labs belongs to the Partner Institution.
The Institution retains the full right to request the deletion, correction, or export of this data at any time. Upon contract termination, all institute-specific data is purged from our active databases within 30 days.
