All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2/1.3 (HTTPS) using 2048-bit keys. Sensitive student records (PII) are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption algorithms.
We utilize strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). HODs can only view analytics for their subject. Faculty view only their assigned batches. Students are completely siloed from peer data.
Our servers are hosted on secure, SOC-2 compliant cloud providers (AWS/Google Cloud). We maintain automated daily backups with point-in-time recovery protocols to prevent data loss.
We adhere to strict data minimization principles. We do not collect biometric data, home addresses, or financial information from students. We only process what is necessary for academic analysis.
